Executive Portraits are designed to enhance your corporate brand by creating powerful, memorable images of the company's leaders.

The Executive Portraits can be used in many ways; in press kits, annual reports, trade ads, capabilities brochures and websites. From a classic headshot to a large group photo, each session is customized to your company's specific needs.

I'm happy to also photograph your support staff as needed.

I know you don't have a lot of time to spare, so I provide a turnkey experience, happily bringing all my equipment, backdrops and support team (hair & makeup, stylist, assistant) to your doorstep. No project is too big or too small! Contact me with the specifics of your project and I will be happy to provide an estimate.

HAIR & MAKE-UP

Make up: Make up is strongly recommended for your female executives, but is not required.

Hair Styling: Portrait subjects are welcome to come with their hair done. The Make up Artist will have hair styling equipment and supplies to do touch ups as needed. For elaborate hair styles, a hair stylist can be brought on set at an additional cost.

CLOTHING:

Please ask your executives to dress as though they are about to speak to a large group of potential clients at a highly publicized event. Each subject should have at least 2 head-to-toe outfits and if the men are being photographed in their business shirts, please make sure they have a freshly pressed shirt to change into right befire the shoot takes place.

BEFORE THE SHOOT:

- Please remind everyone to get a good night's sleep and abstain from excessive alcohol consumption the night before. Nothing worse than blood shot eyeballs and dark circles under the eyes.

- Have the ladies get their nails done. At the very least remind them to remove any old, chipped nail polish and take care of ragged cuticles.

- If the subjects are planning on getting their hair styled at the shoot, please have them wash it the night before and not the morning of the shoot. Day old hair is easier to style.

THE SESSION:

The length of the shoot will depend entirely on your unique needs. I can photograph the CEO in 15 minutes or I can be on your site all day and take photos of 50 different people. Let me know how what you need and I'll give you an estimated timeline.

If I'm photographing environmental portraits, I will need time to explore your facility and find the best possible spots for the shoot. Depending on the schedule, I will want to shoot at least 2-3 different set-ups to give you some good variety to choose from.

If you're bringing me in to do headshots for a large number of staff, I will need a spacious room to set up my backdrop and lights.

AFTER THE SHOOT:

36-48 hours after the shoot, I will post your proofs in an online gallery for you to review and email you the access link.

Once you make your selection, I will retouch the image/s and email you low res proofs for your approval. Your package includes basic retouching, which should be all you would need for a headshot as the goal is for the final image to look very much like you. That said, additional retouching is available at $50 an hour.

The package INCLUDES ONE retouched, high resolution, digital file of the image of your choice PER PERSON photographed. Additional images are $20 each. I will provide a color and a black & white version of your selected images at no additional charge.
